"It seems like what’s happening on the Upper West Side is that all of the real estate is going through the roof and they’re kicking out the little mom-and-pop shops. So it seems like there are a lot of places that are just empty. I guess real estate is going up. I wonder if it has anything to do with just pure greed or if it will come and bite the landlords in the ass eventually. I envision the eventual Upper West Side will be everyone going into stores that are about seven-feet wide and we’ll all be crowding into these little tiny spaces trying on clothes or whatever."
